Ms. Jane Cozzarelli joined MagPlasma as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and also joined the Board of Directors. Prior to joining MagPlasma, Ms. Cozzarelli served as CFO for multiple companies and has over 30 years’ experience managing pricing, finance, and project controls functions for Battelle, one of the world’s largest independent R&D companies. At Battelle, she served as finance director for a) $250,000,000 annual revenue business and also led the company’s internal audit team. She is experienced in setting up new company financial systems and in providing detailed financial performance analysis. Ms. Cozzarelli is a Certified Public Account (CPA) and has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
